Overall objective: Increasing level of development of vine-growing and wine-making in the Zakarpattya and Kosice regions. Specific objectives: 1. Growth in quantity of qualified vine-material of local origin. 2. Preparation of qualified vine-growers and wine-makers in the targeted regions. 3. Rise of culture of the population’s consuming of quality natural wine.
