Overall objective(s): To increase economic independence of the inhabitants of the cross-border region of Slovakia and Ukraine. Main activities Activity 1 Preparation of material resources (Hardware) for creation of First Contakt Centres in Ukraine. Activity 2 Preparation of specialists and implementation of work methods (Software) in the creation of First Contact Centers in Ukraine. Activity 3 Forming of a stable Cross-border cooperation within the Slovakian and Ukrainian FCC network. Activity 4 Project Management.
