Overall objective: Supporting and strengthening the interregional cross-border cooperation on the outer frontier of the EU; fostering social, economic and cultural integration of the Hungarian-Slovakian-Ukrainian border regions; elimination of segregation; maintaining the regional awareness of identity through the effective cooperation of the Zemplén TV (HUN), Zemplín Television (SLO) and the Tisza 1 TV (UA). Main activities: 1. „CARPATHIAN EURO-REGION” – a joint information magazine program (6 pieces); A Hungarian-Slovakian-Ukrainian television program, 2. „TOGETHER” – professional training (50 hours program); 3. „IT IS WORTH ATTENTION” – film review (1 day); A day-long muster with the most interesting and highly ranked materials of the three cooperating televisions.

- Results achieved
- The cooperation and civil contacts among the people living in the artificially split Carpathian Euro-Region about 90 years ago, including people of the Zemplén area, will be stronger and more touchable on everyday level. The cooperation in social, economic and cultural fields will be more natural and effective on the outer frontier of the EU, through the joint effort of the three television stations involved with the production of ‘Get to Know Each Other’ program. A new communication infrastructure will be established and operated by the cooperation of the three televisions.
