State fostered children for the environment conscious future

The creation of environmentally conscious thinking both in the short and the long term, which can then turn into appropriate attitude and will as a result of the programme. We intend to create a positive, open approach to nature, on the basis of which children in state care accept that they are subject to natural impacts, and that they are part of nature themselves, which involves tasks, expectations and assuming obligations. Our specific objective is to create an environment-friendly lifestyle and make it attractive to children. Main activities: Opening and closing consortium meeting, press briefings, presentations, group activities, drama pedagogy processes, trainings for adults, opening event for children, presentations, structured drama pedagogy exercises in small groups, trainings and camps for children on both sides of the border.

Results achieved
The adoption of an environmentally conscious mentality, approach and attitude, establishing a love for nature, creating responsible thinking about environmental protection in children in state care and in the adults involved in their care. In the long term, adults will continue with the process of the programme in the direction of sustainability.
